Also, the fact that you can spend 70% of your time at 10m instead of 4m is a benefit that can't be underestimated for some scenarios. Operative IMHO fits the bill more for the story of a secret agent who does infiltration missions. Sniper feels like just a grunt soldier who does black ops stuff.
