On offence, there's not much more you can do with LV and you can't with SLKR. In raids, does not bring much value. In Geo TB, there's no special need for him.

The investment level sucks, but easily worth the payout for bad batch alone. Gas padme are great relic 8 candidates on their own. Arc at 8 helps get kam shards.
