I never really understood the issue honestly. Eventually, they fixed it and I was officially RXOM. This resulted in me being owed almost 3 months of back pay. Once she had me set up in the system she calculated the amount owed and said I would see it on my next pay check… the last two pay checks I have received nothing.I know there is a minimum starting salary.
