I am writing to ask for advice on how to follow core pharmacy workflow and complete designated tasks while being bombarded with Covid testing, flu shots and other vaccines each day while also trying to break bad habits of the staff you now have to manage….I have 4 techs 1 normal and 3 sr techs so after the change it'll be 1 normal 2 sr and 1 RXOM. Even if you only have 2 techs it'd be 1 RXOM and 1 tech.
