I play only "Apocalypse" settings, without mod. For a few weeks, I concentrate my efforts in Riverside and Muldraugh, trying to find the best strategy to survive 28 days. This is the goal of all my characters, after 28 days they enter my "hall of fame" and I play them less, just to keep them alive and trying to build the best base they can.Just chiming in to say all the maps are connected, just in case you weren't aware if you're new. I've seen lots of people confused and surprised that it's all one map. The whole map has tons of locations for hospitals/medical related buildings as the other commenter has pointed out. Rosewood has a doctor's office downtown.In riverside preferably but i have a car so anywhere will do. The best source for what's new in Greater Moncton. Greater Moncton is the name given to the area encompassing Metro Moncton (Moncton, Riverview, and Dieppe).

Good looting to be had, as riverside is bit bigger than rosewood.
