Rimworld mods not showing up
Mar 16, 2021 · Try reloading the game. If that fails, try rebooting your PC. (Usually, rebooting works.) Failing that, check you haven't accidentally unsubscribed to everything by mistake. :-) I have the same problem after I cleared steam's cache and validated my rimworld files to fix a graphics glitch. I have all my mods subscribed, but they don't show up on ... Having a similar problem. Did the full restart and a fresh install of Rimworld. Unsubscribed and deleted the mods folder and cleared the mods cache in users. Steam shows Rimworld is up to date with no downloads queued, but in game it just says downloading... endlessly and only gives the mod workshop ID.

When I opened it back up, it worked for me and all of mods came back, but it took a hell of a long time to automatically redownload all of the mods.in the 1.4 config file - so there should be a setting in the game options menue for it. I'm not sure if there is a toggle (bottom right) in 1.4 to switch the setting from there as well though, so you might just have disabled it that way - or by hitting a keyboard-shortcut.
