I hope I can help some of these lost souls on how to tow. It's actually pretty simple and absolutely makes sense once you do it. First of all do you hook up but front car won't even budge?You sort of can with the Better Towing mod. It adds a Parking Brake option to the vehicle mechanics radial menu, and turning it off allows you to push cars with the space bar (same as the push attack animation). Similarly you can just push them easily out of the way with your own car, so long as the parking brake is off.

And is towing buggy? Because sometimes it takes ages to get the car towing another car to work before it can actually drive away. Reattach the car several times etc before it decides its good and will drive. Sorry have not played much 41 and towing is pretty new to me. They have to be in neutral in order to tow. I know I did this before - simply attach another car to mine and move it around. My pulling car won't move at all, not even backwards.The only time I've had problems moving forward with a trailer is if I'm using a vehicle with horrible engine quality. Technically it's a truck, idk if that makes a difference. You do not need a rope for this.
