As far as the nv4500 goes amsoil makes a 75w-90 manual transmission and transaxel gear lube that will cover your needs it replaces mopar part#4874459 and costs around 13.00 per qt.All oil specifications assume that A/C system has been properly cleaned, and new accumulator / filter drier has been installed. The NV4500 needs a special gear oil. It's made from Castrol and the center of the coupler and smooth it out with your finger. This will seal the splines to avoid oil transfer. Let the silicone dry for 6 hours before installing the transmission to minimize the chance of silicone getting into the NV4500 tailhousing.
