Also, make sure you pick up ALL the things in the biome. Sticks, other flowers, herbs, etc. It makes this spawn back quicker.Some of the cultists stuff existed from day one, like the shrine under the hobby shop in Point Pleasant and the shrine at the end of Lucky Hole mine. It'll be a random locker in one of the locations in the Ash Heap or sometimes Lucky Hole Mine in Savage Divide.
