I'm still kinda amazed that 1-2 years later people haven't become aware how how good fixed mag is with the kingpin+maglock. It's a no brainer. I don't plan on dumping 20-30 rounds on someone nor is it hard to clear malfunctions with that setup. Now personally, at the public range i am not rapid firing or dumping mags to really care ...I'm trying to install a kingpin but I don't have a rear detent pin. My lower receiver has a pistol grip detent pen which is not compatible. This what I was told by the manufacture of the kingpin that it doesn't work on a pistol grip detent pin. I didn't know there was a difference between a rear and pistol grip detent pin.For those wondering, the kingpins are still at this price on the site (both colors are available so if you want black you can look for it on the website).
