Go to your GPU settings in RPCS3 and up the Resolution scale to where you want it. Don’t mess with the actual resolution leave it at 720p. Turn legacy shaders on. Only do this part if your computer isn’t a beast but where it says OpenGL change it to Vulkan (this bought me like 15 FPS). 8.FCS NCAA 14 Mod. Just a heads up.
