We've been to the South East cave (70.6/86.1), but that cave was a real mess for us. Our framerate were pretty much non-existent (Went from a "steady" 35FPS, down to 5-11FPS, when entering that cave), which made the bats a bitch to kill. Off the top of my head, carno island cave should fit it but it's not recommended to take one there, you should be able to take one to the lava cave, and then the lower south cave. I think that's about it if you don't have a cryopod, they are pretty cheap to craft once you hit that level tho.On the Island the first cave would be Lower South, Bary is overall the best caving mount on the Island, but Thylas are really good too and a decent Carno, Dire Bear or even a really good Raptor pack should be enough for your first cave. Just putting this here for new players, on ark console and PC, the coordinates to the lower south cave aren't the same as mobile. Instead, go to Long: 80.2, Lat: 52.3It's probably the easiest cave, it can easily be done with a decent level bary. When I was lower level a pack of 4 or 5 mid level raptors made quick work of it.
