Alienware keyboard lights not working
Technical Support. I can not change my backlighting on my keyboard anymore, I used to be able to but now I can't. I have updated my bios, uninstalled and reinstalled Alienware Command Center a couple times, and updated every driver I could find. I bought this laptop at costco like a year and a half ago, it's an Alienware M15 R4 with rtx 3070 ...0. May 6th, 2015 10:00. Thank you for confirming this. Try to reinstall the OSD driver first and then the command center application. For the command center download link click here.
